Dr. Dean Azzeh provides comprehensive orthodontic treatment for children, teenagers and adults. His practice encompasses everyday orthodontic care, braces, clear aligners and cosmetic smile correction, as well as growth-related, airway and complex bite concerns.
Dr. Azzeh completed an extensive four-year orthodontic training program at Harvard and earned a Doctor of Medical Sciences degree in Growth and Development. His advanced training provides a deep understanding of facial growth, tooth movement and bite development—expertise he applies to routine orthodontic treatment as well as the most challenging cases.

Airway-Conscious Orthodontics
For more than 20 years, Dr. Azzeh has incorporated airway evaluation and consideration into orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning. When appropriate, orthodontic expansion and other treatment approaches are planned with careful consideration of facial growth, jaw development and the airway. Patients with potential nasal or upper-airway concerns may be evaluated collaboratively with ENT specialists and other appropriate healthcare providers as part of a multidisciplinary approach.

Dr. Azzeh’s advanced training in Growth and Development provides a foundation for evaluating developing jaws, dental arches and bite relationships. When clinically appropriate, expansion and growth-related treatment are planned not simply around straightening teeth, but with consideration for facial development, function and airway.
Complex & Interdisciplinary Orthodontics
For patients requiring more advanced treatment, Dr. Azzeh’s background in growth and development provides expertise in complex orthodontics and coordination with dental, surgical, ENT and other healthcare specialists when appropriate.
